This massage gives mommy-to-be a sense of
well deserved comfort and relaxation prior to the arrival of that little bundle of joy! Lower back distress, exhaustion, and edema are relieved with this massage. Improves and protects pelvic and lower back stability during the 1st, 2nd & 3rd Trimesters.

Body Polish & Massage
90 min - $100
Remove unsightly dead skin cells with this gentle and softening granulated body scrub; then enjoy a relaxing massage to infuse the skin with a rich emollient. Baby Soft & radiant skin are the outcome of this service.
Pressure: Circular strokes with either Myofascial, Sports, or Swedish Massage.
Sports Massage
60 min - $80
For atheletes who need to Kick up their competitive edge a notch or two! Various stretching; myofascial and deep tissue techniques are employed to deliver a more efficient muscle fiber integrity and utilization .
Pressure : Varies with stretches and client comfort
Russian Sports Massage
60 min - $90
Performance Enhanced Therapy without the intensity of Sports Massage Therapy.
Scientifically Based and structured strokes which are impacting the lymphatic system
Outcome: When Strokes are Applied Appropriately.
30 Minutes RSM = 1 Hour of exercise.
Myofascial Release Massage
60 min - $80
Myofascial techniques with firm pressure deliver needed blood & lymphatic flow to exhausted muscle fiber. Increased muscle twitch and flexibilty are the results of this massage.

Swedish Massage

Swedish Massage strokes are delivered to offer the client a sense of relaxtion and well-being. This massage assists with circulation and can be utilized for stress reduction and those with sensitive skin.
